Tua when healthy is a Top 10-12 FF QB. Bottomline. yes, the specter of his concussion history means he's fragile as all get out...but if he's on the field, you're getting a QB1.
Ward is legitimately the most underhyped overall QB #1 pick ever. Honestly I think it's because the amount of people that saw him play in college is microscopic what with his Incarnate Word/Washington State/Miami path to the NFL.
