Snow coming Pitts v. Buffalo (1 Viewer)

I remember reading a study done on this a couple years ago (sorry no link) that snow actually wasn't that big of a deal. Grounds crews keep the fields in such good shape, and wet footballs are contantly switched out, that the effect of snow is negligible. Heavy winds were actually the most difficult weather conditions to play through.

Well, I was looking for a justification for sitting Wallace in favor of Vincent Jackson, so bad weather could be it!

Thanks. Tom Brady going hog wild with Welker and Moss in the snow comes to mind.

There was a Raiders at Broncos game a few years back, too ... looking for the game reference. It was either MNF or SNF around 2001-2, IIRC.EDIT: Late 2004 season, Jerry Porter abused Champ Bailey in the snow. Here's the box score: http://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxs...00411280den.htm
