The forecast for Sunday is snow with temperatures in the low 30s.
“That makes it real simple what to do (on offense),” Edwards said, pretending to be a quarterback handing the ball to a running back. “Maybe we’ll even throw a few passes.”

Won't effect what the Chiefs plan to do much at all, really. They'll run it down Cleveland's throat, make them one-dimensional on offense and then take advantage of Frye's Favre-esque erratic play.

I agree. I don't see it impacting the Chiefs much. LJ was going to carry it a ton anyway. Maybe Green isn't quite as appealing as he was before but I wouldn't see it changing things for Gonzalez. The Browns are a different deal. Edwards is looking shakier in my opinion and possibly Winslow as well. I wouldn't go near their running game regardless of the weather.
i've noticed that snow affects defensive backs more than receivers as they are often the ones who loose footing.. Wouldn't shock me to get a bigger #'s out of the receivers in this game

Philly... might grab a couple of those token Jake Delhomme ducks, but I don't see them really stopping Carolina much, especially on the ground. Could get a few sacks.Buffalo... will get slaughtered, and the Chargers don't turn it over much. I don't see them pressuring Rivers, either.KC... should grab a couple of turnovers, and shouldn't allow many points at all. They should have some success getting after Frye, although the gameplan will probably be to make him beat them with tight throws into solid coverage and KC is missing its best D-tackle -- or, at least, possibly its best D-tackle, depending on whom you ask.Guess it all depends on the scoring.
Was it in Cleveland that the Chargers had that game a few years ago where they threw about seven passes, and just handed off to LT all game long? I still remember Gates catching a short pass and just jogging 70+ yards while all the defenders fell down.

6 passing attempts. Brees went 4 for 6 for 85 yards, with 72 of them on the TD to Gates in 2004. LT had 26 carries for 111 rushing yards and 2 TDs in the 21-0 win.
