I think this is the end of the line for this team. Sure they'll still be strong for a bit, but how will they handle losing like they did?

Is there now a true gameplan on how to rattle Brady? (Just fly at him and hit him all game long everytime you get near him)...

Let's not get carried away and start planning a funeral for the Pats' dynasty just yet. You need to remember that Brady had a bum ankle and was playing against the best pass rushing D-line in the NFL. The main reason the Patriots were upset is because the Giants' pass rush was able to get better pressure on Brady than any other team has in recent memory. Even so, the Giants had to play an almost flawless game and it still took an amazing last minute game winning drive to pull off the upset. It's not as though the Patriots were blown out and embarassed.

As far as the future goes... The Pats schedule next year is way easier than this year's, and they play in a very weak division. Don't be shocked if they continue to put up videogame type stats, and challenge perfection again next year.

There is NO doubt in my mind they will be back next year, and I'm no fan of the Pats.

Their offensive line is fairly young. Brady is in his prime. They have a recieving corp even if Moss leaves.

Down side is the age on Defense. Bruschi, Seau, Harrison, Vrabel. they have to fill some spots. In my mind they remain competitive.

Look at the division.....who is going to beat them out?? Buffalo?? Ne can probably go 9-7 next season and win the East.

I see NE winning a couple more DIV titles in the decade, but IMO they won't be back in the SB anytime soon.
