For some reason (veteran rest day) is not a permitted reason as far as the mandatory "practice participation report" goes.  So if someone has to be listed as "did not practice" teams have to make up some body part that's keeping him sidelined...

Appreciate the heads up on this and the worthwhile thoughts. Howard owner here and I didn't see the news. Deep dynasty rosters so guys cohen were drafted. But if he was available i think id move even harder for cohen this week.

I don't see this as relevant to cohen. 

If you look at rotoworld, it lists a bunch of players and [insert body part here] 

They'll likely all be taken off by Friday. That's usually the day to worry if a player hasn't practiced all week. 

Weds seem meaningless unless there's a "went to see Dr James Andrews" or "had an MRI on X body part".
