Anyone saying that they are starting him with confidence is lying...at least right now.

I've got him on my team again this year. Even after the horrible start last year and the struggles with switching QBs every other week, Evans actually ended up doing ok last year. In our league he ended up being the #25 WR for the year and I feel that is pretty much the floor for him. So drafting him around the 25th WR in the league (which is pretty much where I picked him up) should be pretty good value. I would say 7-8 TDs and about 1,000 yds is very reasonable for him this year, which would make him a good spot starter to decent 2nd WRs.
