have a feeling Saints will announce their's late, wouldn't you agree?gonna stop lookng for them

feel free to add any I missed, please do.Any thoughts on these?I'm surprised Jarrett Payton got cut. Fisher has really been speaking highly of him this offseason.I think Ruvell Martin and Malcom Floyd are two good "no name" WRs we may see on other teams.Dayne chosen over Griffin(more or less) really makes me want to see how he'd do in a regular season game. Could Shanny have turned that guy around? Oh his head would burst A few TEs, surprised me esp Arizona's.

And France in Tampa, that's ridiculous. Seconds til another team grabs him. From what I've read, he missed one kick in practice+games all summer. 33 or 34 straight at one point. Dallas? I'd bet Tampa regrets that

Calmus traded to a division rival, Fujita traded, Teyo Johnson, P.K Sam, quite few team cutting bait on their draft choices as well, McCune, Gibson, CraphonsoThese were all surprises to me - it takes a strong GM to do something like that I think

I still can't understand how Lamar Gordon went from trade bait to cut?

Whose going to split with Ronnie for four weeks?
I have to scroll back but did they get an exemption for Ricky? that ain't right if so.Morris is useful. He's a good RB(just good) and plays FB and special teams. Gordon has been a pamperred star that doesn't do special teams. Alot of NFL teams can't afford a backup that doesn't play special teams or another position...well that's how it seems today on cut day

Calmus traded to a division rival, Fujita traded, Teyo Johnson, P.K Sam, quite few team cutting bait on their draft choices as well, McCune, Gibson, Craphonso

These were all surprises to me - it takes a strong GM to do something like that I think
Fujita and Scanlon each played one dominating outstanding half in a KC preseason game. He's always just been OK though, hasn't he? Is he big? Along the lines of Parcells wanting bigger 'backers.McCune is the Redskin right? I thought he was a former military guy Gibbs loved, no?

McCune was touted by many to start at MLB since the draft - and particularly since Barrow was cut.Fujita is listed as 6'5, 250 lbs - so that is probably the reason...

I am surprised that the Broncos kept Jerry Rice....I know he adds alot of intangibles though. But now it looks like he might retire anyway....maybe the should have kept Griffin and then tried to trade him. I think the Panthers might want a backup RB now that Shelton is IR. I think it was classy that the Broncos would not cut the great Jerry Rice though.Broncos | Rice Makes Team but may Retire after allSat, 3 Sep 2005 18:07:07 -0700NBCSports.com reports Denver Broncos WR Jerry Rice has made the team's roster, but he still may not play this year. The team informed him that he will be their No. 4 receiver and Rice may consider retirement instead of being buried on the depth chart. His agent, Jim Steiner, told ESPN that Rice will take a few days to think about what direction he wants to take.
