Sorry fellas (1 Viewer)

Big fan or cargo shorts and backwards ball caps.  Crocs?  Meh - I owned one pair like 10 years ago and would wear them as houseshoes to go get the mail and take the dog out.

You know who wear Crocs now....

Teen/pre-teen girls.   I don't know if it's just softball or all female athletes of that age but they wear Crocs and buy accessories to attach in the holes

I will admit that I'm sporting some cargos right now. In my defense, just got back from 9 days at Disney with the fam and pretty much all my shorts are at the end of the laundry line behind my wife's stuff and that of my four children.

Nowadays, the only time I wear them is to just piss off Mrs. Fanatic. I'm not so sure but these may in face be the last pair of my collection.

Also, if you haven't seen them yet, they are making shorts with extra pockets, they are just hidden. I got a couple pairs of dry fit casual short that had an extra pocket down the calf behind the seam that runs down the side. Best of both worlds! Like these at Target. Look at the second pic of the shorts, right side. you can see the opening for the pocket.

Congrats on buying golf shorts that came out 10 years ago

For the record it's pretty much what I wear

C'mon.  We're footballguys.

Clothes might make the typical man, but footballguys make the clothes.

Or something like that.

I've got a wife, four small kids (ages 2-10) a day job and two small companies to run. Sorry. Can't stay on the cutting edge of fashion nor do I care to. Obviously this is a priority for you. And this witty repartee you have concerning fashion trends seems like you're a shoe in for the remake of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. Me, I just like an extra pocket. But hey, we all need to focus on something.

I see them a lot as water shoes.

I'm around the house all day, and I have a couple pairs of the Crocs 'Bistros' that used to be callled 'Mario Batali' but that went away for obvious reasons.

I love them, because they have a reinforced sole that makes them slip resistant and are very sturdy.

I wear them in the house and sometimes at most out to do a walk of the dog. If I am going anywhere 'public' I will not wear them. Oh, and I NEVER wear socks with them!!

My original pair of Crocs finally wore out after about 10 years, so I tossed them and bought two more pairs earlier this year - one pair is fur-lined for winter use so I can pretty much wear Crocs year round now. I'm sure I've never worn a baseball hat backwards, not once in my life. Can't say whether any of my shorts qualify as "cargo" or not.

Well that makes them more interesting for sure.

I just realized I have a pair of Polo seersucker shorts with cargo pockets on them.

I plan on wearing them all summer.

Um did you not see where I said I wear them?

Someone got their extra pockets in a bunch

I went to the store today wearing baige  cargo shorts, crocs, white crew t-shirt, and my 1998 broncos cap (not backwards, but its not exactly clean either).

I always picture, uhm, sweaty, horizontally challenged folks when I think of crocs. i.e. Figured Oats had some for sure.
