I live on a fairly busy street and I've been reading about vinyl fencing that has some mass and is good at blocking or at least dampening sound. Do you guys have any advice here?
It would also help keep some noise in as one of my neighbors is #####ing about my dogs barking at him, but that's a whole other story. I can post that one later.
