The Sports Jeopardy! Online Test consists of 30 different clues in 30 different categories. It is presented in a timed format, giving users 15 seconds to type their responses to each successive category and clue. Here are some important thoughts to keep in mind as you take the Online Test.
The test is now accessible from tablets and smart devices, but we strongly encourage users to employ desktop or laptop computers with a stable keyboard and dependable internet connection. The test will only be given once. You will need:
- Do not phrase your responses in the form of a question.
- The category is just as important as the clue. Always keep it in mind when coming up with a response.
- Last names only will be acceptable unless the clue demands a more detailed response.
- If you don't know the answer ... take a guess!
- Whatever you have typed into the answer field will be captured at the end of 15 seconds. Partial and misspelled responses will receive consideration.
- You can manually click the “Submit” button to go to the next clue, but we urge you to use any extra time to double check your response.
- No time will be given at the end of the test for review.
*The Online Test is not compatible with AOL browsers.
- Mac, PC, tablet, or smartphone
- Reliable high-speed internet access for the duration of the test. If your connection is broken you will not be able to log back in.
- If more than one person in the household is taking the test, they will each need their own computer or device.
