Does anyone use Sporsline for the fantasy baseball league? I'm trying to find out if they are going to count the Twins/Tigers game tomorrow.

Right now, I'm in 1st place, but its been a tight finish. The top 3 teams are separated by 2 points. If the game counts, I am either going to win the league, or end up tied. It could possibly be a 3-way tie too.

I looked all over our site, and sporsline hasn't said anything about counting the game tomorrow. I assume they will since mlb counts their stats in with the regular season.

Do you have league rules? Our rules are that the season is 162 games. So this extra game does not count. Seems a little unfair to allow teams to benefit from an extra regular season game.

I am in the same boat and I wish I knew. There are posts on the CBS message board saying 'yes it counts' and also posts saying 'no it doesn't' but those are just from users, not the CBS site staff

Our rules state that we will go by whatever sportsline decides.

I hope they don't count it!!

Tiebreak Game

The Twins and Tigers will be playing a game on Tuesday October 6th to decide who will go to the MLB playoffs. This game will count in our leagues as a regular season game for all scoring types.

Daily leagues will be able to set a lineup for this game, while Weekly leagues will use the same lineup from the final scoring period.

I'm glad I am off tomorrow. I'll be nervous and need some beers to take the edge off! I'm pretty sure, worst case scenario, I'll get a share of 1st.
