You allow other people to determine who you start each week?Thank god I didn't listen to these schmucks this week! They talked me out of benching him last week and It almost cost me a win. I knew better this week.Since I benched him the answer this week seems to be no.Lee Evans would've done much better this week if Losman had not gone down. You got lucky. What has Evans done so far with Losman at QB? That's right nothing. I'm sure you firmly believe Losman and Evans were gonna terrorize that woefull NE defense, but the rest of us in the real world knew it wasn't gonna happen.
Kevan Barlow. That said, I am hoping to throw him into a trade to sweeten it - maybe I can unload Evans plus LJ in a 2 for 1 to someone who is looking to "buy low" on both.F LEE EVANS

ouch.I considered starting him over Boldin. I'm probably playing him next week against the Jets.I think I have you all beat. I started Evans over Kevin Curtis![]()

Meh. There was so much talking up of this dood that it was almost impossible not to think this guy was going to succeed. Granted, it is only week 3 but he still can put some good games together and it's better to look at him as a week 2 strong 3 versus the WR1 that so many people were pushing this year.F LEE EVANS

We've learned a couple things, or relearned.1. Evans isn't a STUD yet.Meh. There was so much talking up of this dood that it was almost impossible not to think this guy was going to succeed. After week 3 its still too soon to call anyone "Biggest disaster in recent fantasy memory."F LEE EVANS

I'm an Evans owner and played him today (over Brandon Marshall) but I have to agree here. I live outside Buffalo so watch them every week. This team is a mess right now. Lynch is their only offense right now and they just don't have a QB who can get him the ball. You allow other people to determine who you start each week?Thank god I didn't listen to these schmucks this week! Man, you just can't admit you are wrong, can you? I can admit I was wrong when I drafted him early. A good fantasy GM knows when to admit they made a mistake, not make excuse after excuse. If the injury to Losman was the issue, then what is your excuse for weeks 1 and 2? Come on man, you have quickly become ridiculous.
From which QB?On the bright side, Lee Evans did have seven targets today (out of just 21 pass attempts by the team).
All seven were from Edwards. (Losman attempted only one pass, a completion to M.Lynch.)From which QB?On the bright side, Lee Evans did have seven targets today (out of just 21 pass attempts by the team).
For a grand total of...1 catch for 7 yards. Didn't see the game, so was he dropping balls or were they less than favorable "targets"?All seven were from Edwards. ouch!jeez, when is Evans gonna start producing?!I have him too, but I benched him.hope he turns it around for ya!Mr. Nasty said:Played him over D. Mason (whoops) and Randle El.
Yeah, he would have caught two passes like he did the first two weeks.Lee Evans would've done much better this week if Losman had not gone down. You got lucky.
That doesn't do teams that struggle early because he was drafted to be their number 1 WRs any good, does it? Sure, if your team is good overall, you can recover from a disaster like Evans, but not when WRs are going nuts left and right this year and your number 1 sucks donkey balls. I am dropping Evans this week. I have had it with him.-OZ- said:I still like him, especially weeks 12-17.
I've got Evans in one of two leagues.Things have now reached the point where in the league in which I *don't* have Evans, I'm unsure whether I'd even trade my WR5 (James Jones) for him. Even a solid-but-unspectacular guy like Jones could realistically outscore Evans going forward. And now I make my move for him..
