While Howard and his shoulder, although not on the injury report, have me worried.Going against Pitt D.

I'd go Howard for sure. Perine has shown nothing, and could be the #3 guy in Washington's backfield.

If Kelley is out then Perine for sure.  I'd probably still lean Perine even if Kelley plays.  I'm not sold on Howard at all.

Yeah, I would go with Perine also.  It sounds like Kelley isn't playing tonight, but it's not official yet.

Perine, since Kelly probably isn't playing.  I'm not playing Howard until he shows he can put up numbers on that putrid offense.

Perine as well, with Kelley out he will for sure get the bulk of the snaps.

howard is a scary start this week. I see them resting Howard this week and let cohen take most of those snaps.
