I would have no qualms throwing Chad/Housh out there each week or Harrison/Wayne. Let's refer to these two tandems as 1st tier.
One could argue of a 2nd tier as well, say for example Driver/Jennings, Coles/Cotchery, or even Walker/Marshall, once Walker is healthy. Driver/Jennings could be a stretch as James Jones catches a lot of balls.
This would probably only work for a select few teams. You need both guys to be consistent PPR producers. You also need an offense where they don't spread the ball around a ton.
If you don't have a stud WR, I think this strategy could pay off, particularly in a PPR league. Has anyone had recent success doing this?
Due to bye weeks and injuries, I'm considering rolling out Coles and Cotchery this weekend. If it pans out well, I may consider it more often, particularly if the matchup is favorable. It's kind of like hedging your bets. Thoughts?
