does anyone know of a way to get player stats per quarter? i mean full stats not just scoring summaries. 

i want to use back ups for starters that get injured, instead of getting no points for that position.

Why does it have to be per quarter?  Why not just full game stats?

if i have derek henry and he gets injured in a certain quarter and i have james conner on the bench, i would get conners points for the quarters missed by henry.

Performance by quarter seems like it would be heavily tied to game flow.  That doesn't seem like a trackable metric as an overall evaluation situation.  Seems too random to be meaningful.

I would look to have RB's on teams that should win most of their games and WR's that should be trailing most games.  I think that is about as close as you can get but that is still a crap shoot.
