Any Cowboys homers want to weigh in here? Murray only gets 12 carries today and zero receptions. Their starting FB was out which did impact the running game. Are we looking at a 50/50 split going forward?

This could have a significant impact on a lot of fantasy teams in the playoffs.

I tend to think this game was an aberration. They never got in any rhythm and Murray was being hit in the backfield setting passing downs early. I suspect a rebound game for Murray next week and at least a few screens, which I saw none of today. Felix warrants touches but as many as Murtay, event with today's output, in my opinion.

really hard to tell. To me, it looked like they just gave up on trying to run. Murray was used to pass protect alot. Only way to know for sure is to see the trend next week....

Great post. I will continue to start murray especially with dallas s upcoming schedule and hope they realize this trend u found...

I watched the game.Dallas did not play that well on offense, but Murray himself did not play well either and was out played by Jones today.

Jones is his best in a time share. What part of a time share is beneficial for Dallas going forward will have to play itself out.

Murray doesn't seem like anything special to me. If there's a huge hole and no one touches him for 10 yards yah he can run really far. Rarely makes anyone miss and is fairly hard to tackle but he's not elite in that respect. Romo is fairly good, the line is fairly good, they have an elite TE, very good WRs, it's basically the pierre thomas effect.
