Steelers or Seahawks? (1 Viewer)

I say Seahawks. Seattle's defense is only slightly behind Pitt's, the Hawk's run game and passing game are both better IMO. Coaches are both good. So slight edge to the Hawks. Oh, I'm a Viings homer btw, doh!!!

Seahawks are way underrated. They matchup well with Pitt. Their o-line is very strong. Hasselbeck is blossoming this year. They shed their deadwood at WR. Tatupu is a major talent. Pitt don't sleep on the Hawks!

The Steelers will win by a minimum of 6 points.

They have held 3 of the leagues Top 7 Offenses in check since starting the Playoffs.

Cincinnati [#4]

Indianapolis [#2]

Denver [#7]

Seattle has held 2 of the leagues Top 13 Offenses in check.

Carolina [#8]

Washington [#13]

Over the season Seattle allowed over 30 yards more per game to opposing Offenses. This may not seem significant, but it means that the opposing team moved the ball on them between the 20's and it equated to 10 more field goals over the season.

The Steelers Defense will keep the Seahawks in check [Alexander will not eclipse 100 total yards], and as a group they will be held to under 20 points.

Big Ben will lead the Steelers to 3 TD's and 2 Field Goals for the Super Bowl victory and he will share the game MVP with Troy Polamalu.
