He's pretty crystal clear the Raiders aren't on the list. I wonder about San Fran? I think Smitty is smart, and maybe sees a hole to a starting spot for the Chargers.

Now hearing from reliable sources who work in the organization, that Steve Smiths family (Wife and Kids) want to stay in Carolina. And Staying is now a stronger option..
