You could go back to pre-draft footballguys and hornfans posts and find the same stuff, almost verbatim.

Texas fans have known for a while what the rest of the country is just finding out....not 'cause we're smarter. That's not where I'm going. We were just there to see the guy do what he does. Then we were discounted as blind homers when we tried to tell it like it is about VY.

He's not a great NFL qb...yet. Not nearly as good as he will be. He has all the things you want in one, though, just like Steve Young said.
