CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reports that Steven Jackson (questionable, groin) is expected to be active for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, but may have a "reduced role" due to his ailment."That groin injury is still limiting him," La Canfora wrote. Jackson clearly wasn't playing at 100 percent through the groin injury last week at Soldier Field, and he didn't appear to turn any corners in his recovery this week. We'd lean toward shying away from Jackson in Week 4 fantasy lineups, even in a flex spot. The matchup is brutal against Seattle's stout front seven, and Jackson is unlikely to be operating at full strength.

Well if he's active for the first time, I'd think the team is anticipating they may finally need him, no?

Ganaway may be needed as an extra blocker too. Rams Oline has had some issues and is going against some good pass rushers today.

Relevance was my opinion on why Ganaway was activated. People speculated it was because Sjax will be more limited despite getting the start. I am saying it is a lack in faith of Pead and him not being activated for this game.
