Stewart Bradley, EJ Henderson, and Lofa Tatupu (1 Viewer)

All three are MLB's in 4-3 defense (which produce tons of tackles), all three are coming off of major injuries, and all three are projected to be fine for the start of the season. What can we expect from these guys this season? I think they have been forgotten by many. Please discuss. Which has the most upside this season? I am not a great IDP mind, but I'll give my thoughts.

Ranks for these 3:

1) Bradley - most upside of all 3. Is already recovered from his injury. He was putting up solid LB #1 numbers for IDP before becoming injured. I think he rebounds as a low end #1 LB this season.

2) Lofa Tatupu - I am worried about Hawthorne stealing some playing time. Hawthorne was a stud last season in place of Lofa, but all I have been reading is that the Seahawks are so happy to have Tatupu back. I think he is a solid #2 IDP LB.

3) EJ Henderson - 2 years ago he was looking like the next great MLB, but injuries have set him back big time. Just as he was regaining his steam in '09, he had what looked like a career ending femur brake. As a Vikings fan I cringed! I am now surprised that he is ahead of schedule and now will likely be ready for the start of training camp. Quite amazing! I just don't know what to think of him as an IDP'er. I would say a low end #2 or reserve LB.

Please help here. I am in the middle of my free agency period and I need to add at least 3 LB's. Should I add all 3 of these guys? Are there other LB's with better upside that are low on people's radars? I tried to add Levy (DET) but was outbid. What about Dan Connor since he is now playing MLB??

Thanks to anyone who helps!!!

Bradley is best option.

Lofa is solid player, but you must obtain him at value because of the presence of Hawthorne, curry, and Hill.

I've always been a fan of EJ... but look at his career numbers. Rather pedestrian outside of 2007, and the Vikings like Brinkley alot.

I'd avoid Conner he hasn't won the job yet he is just being tried at MLB last I heard.

The other 3 all got hurt but I agree with Bradley being the best right now.

I'm not sure why you guys are so in love with Bradley. Back in '08, he was a borderline LB2 in 12 team leagues. He missed all of 2009 and it's not like the MIKE position in Philly has been a gold-mine of production recently. Tatupu and EJ are both proven commodities and are returning to the lineup in full health by the time the regular season rolls around (though EJ is more of a question mark than Lofa). Most rankings I've seen (including the ones on this very site) have Bradley ranked 3rd among the three. And that's how I have it as well. And this is coming from an Eagles fan!
