I apologize if this specific thing was posted already, but this is a sheet I've been bringing to the draft for a couple/few years now and helps to pick those bye week fill in players, as well as other things.

I took last years fantasy points allowed (based on basic performance scoring) by passing, rushing, then all, found the median, and then it's variation of each.

The teams that gave up below median passing points, but well above median rushing points, are listed in dark green. (good teams to run against)

The teams that gave up below median rushing points, but well above median passing points, are in blue. (good teams to pass against)

The teams that gave up well above median points in both are in light green. (good teams to do anything against)

Also broke it down by weeks 1 - 13, 14 - 16

Yes, we all know that things change, defenses get better (hopefully my beloved Patriots secondary), but this is as decent an indicator as we have right now.
