So I've seen a few different fitness/exercise threads here, but nothing specifically for this program:

Pretty simply workout plan for beginners/intermediate lifters. Only 5 different lifts, 3 each day. 3 days a week. 5 sets of 5 reps. (Except deadlift which we will get to later)
Monday:
Squat (5x5)
Bench (5x5)
Lat Row (5x5)
Wednesday:
Squat (5x5)
Deadlift (1x5)
Overhead Press (5x5)
Friday:
Squat (5x5)
Bench (5x5)
Lat Row (5x5)
The second week you alternate the workouts, so Wednesday's routine is Monday and so on.
Monday (Week 2):

Deadlift (1x5)
Overhead Press (5x5)
Wednesday (Week 2):
Squat (5x5)
Bench (5x5)

Friday (Week 2):

You are supposed to add 5lbs each workout, slowly building strength. All you really need is a squat rack, flat bench and a barbell with weights.

I'm sure you could get things cheaper on Craigslist. I'll thinking about starting this next week, anyone try this? Any FBG fitness gurus have any thoughts?
