I think you've just wiped out half of Ireland.

Well if you live in Ireland, it's ok to have Irish names.If you're of Irish decent, giving your child one of these names may be seen as stupid, though acceptable.If you just do it because it's trendy, then it's a stupid name.

I understand if the parents are 1st gen from Ireland or they're naming after a grandparent or something.But if your family moved from Ireland during the potato famine you're not Irish.Here's my son Keegan and my other son Rogan. Don't worry it's not ridiculous one of my great great great great great grandparents lived in Ireland.

Bullies would mock the poor kids, and it's not the kids' fault. It's the parents who deserve the mocking for their actions. This thread is designed to help the kids before they ever have a chance to be bullied due to their parents' stupidity.

This thread is nothing more than a platform for you to hurl insults and make people feel like crap. If that's how you get your rocks off, great. I think it's pretty cruel behavior.

That's not really the name we're going with. When my wife and I were in the baby-naming stage I straight-faced suggested this for a couple days feeling playful and I could tell she wasn't thrilled, but it was fun to make her squirm a bit. The name we are going with is a bit unconventional -- HINT: A one-time NBA player has this first name, and no it isn't as my dad recently asked, "LeBron?"

ive heard the termjohn to refer to a restroom and someone who purchases a hooker. but ive never used the term to refer to a restroom so i didnt put two and two together and wasnt my intention to make that connection.

It wasn't a bad joke it, it was completely true. My head spun when I saw him saying a kid named "John" wouldn't be ridiculed over his name. Kids are cruel, and they will have a lot easier time making fun of a name like John, **** or Harry than they will a name like Connor.
