he's been bad TBH, his biggest plays were poor balls his WRs bailed him out on, and a ton of his passes have been at the feet of his receivers

His big play to Pickens wasn't a bad throw FFS... He put it where Pickens could catch it while being interfered with.

The TD pass was a very nice throw. Wilson is def better at throwing downfield.

the TD pass was short. If DB had had his head turned it would have been more likely picked then caught for 6. Pickens caught it OVER the DBs shoulder, picked it off his back

Pickens is having his best game with guess who at QB... I don't think anyone here is going to tell you Wilson is good, but for what the Steelers need, I think Wilson can do that better. That is getting the ball downfield.

Fields is a RB playing QB. That said, I hope Tomlin gets Fields involved too

I have. He wouldn't have even tried the moon ball to Pickens, but he also would have ran for 40 or so yards, and hit a few of those short ones Wilson has been dumping at WRs feet. Would likely be a similar outcome in the end. Hating on Wilson's play should NOT be interpreted as strong support for Fields
