This is probably a "which decade were you born in" type of question but for me is Possum Kingdom by far.

Possum Kingdom all the way - and I just found out the other day that Toadies put out several other albums after Rubberneck - had no idea. I'll give them a listen this weekend.

3. Sundown - those first 15 seconds are incredible. Things just get a little repetitive after that. This could have been a tope 50 all time epic song if Gordon had some balls.

The Logical Song wins for me. It hits that weird mix of melancholy and clarity that very few tracks from that era managed. It’s one of those songs that make you stop what you’re doing and actually listen.

Very bizarre how good that album was huge a hit Possum Kingdom was and it took them what 6-7 years to havea a follow up album. I mean basically a 1 album band when it comes to any real significance.

But yeah, totally. They did not strike with the proverbial. Rubberneck was ‘94, I think, and this was ‘01. Hell Below/Stars Above.

The musical landscape sure changed by 01 too. By then the top rock acts were Blink 182, Nickelback, Linkin Park, The Strokes, etc
