Survivor Leagues Week 15 (1 Viewer)

Here are the finals:

MBSL: Reaper v Jeter23 - BlueKun is out

SSL1: Iwannabeacowboy v Bicycleseatsniffer - Dpease is out

2: BassNBrew v Capt Hook - OldMilwaukee is out.

3: Duckboy v Redzone - Fullback Fro is out

4: Steel Dillo v MOP - EBF is out

PDSL1: Thom Yorke v Frank Black - Ravnzfan is out

2: Team Legacy v Blue Kun - Hear the Footsteps is out

3: Andy Dufresne v Duckboy - Dpeease is out

4: Qazqaz v Getinthemix - RC94 is out

WSL1: Fiddles v Ahrncitypounder - Hear the Footsteps is out

2: Jeff Pasquino v BlueKun - Renesauz is out

3: Nugget v Jmills - Oldfatguy is out

4: Jeter23 v Fubar - beachbum is out

With OFG and HTF out in the WSLs, Jeff P is the only one who can repeat his championship, which would match me as the only person who won 2 in a row in the same league (PDSL 1 in '06 and '07). And with Dpeease going out (twice), that means no one will match me and Rudy with 3 overall championships. But Hook, Bass, BSS, IWBAC, Fiddles and Jeff P can all join the 7 other two-time winners

MBSL2 did have a comeback so Hear the Footsteps can last one more week, with Dpeease going out. But Joffer has a huge lead, so this is all academic anyways.

It's gonna come down to EBF and MOP for elimination this week. I am watching EBF more than my own guys right now...

QB-Cutler...TBD but he has a TD already I think

RB-T.Bell...I don't expect miracles here

RB-R.Rice...TBD, Pitt will be tough match up for him

WR-A.Boldin...they have fallen behind early so it is going to be the Kurt Warner show in the 2nd half...big points on the table here

TE-D.Keller...doubt he topped Gonzo

PK-R.Lindell...9

PK-J.Kasey-TBD

Def-St Louis...7

Def-New Orleans...10, and the most you have gotten from them since week 6.

Projection: 115-125...this is gonna be really tight, I am +6 from last week, wouldn't surprise me if this thing comes down to just a couple of points. I think Steel Dillo will be fine with the cushion form last week.

148...way more than I thought I would rack up today. I haven't finished EBF, but I think I did enough to get past him. EBF, you're a class act, always make any leagues I compete against you better, and I look forward to more competition with you in the future.

It looks very bleak for my team with a six point lead over Fullback Fro who still has McNabb to play. For a team that was qb challenged all year (Brady and Garcia), I am very proud of my team, even the guys who never suited up (Chris Brown).

This was fun and Twilight deserves a great deal of gratitude. I admit I have been a lazy bum and not donated to the Twilight fund but only became aware of it this year.

Twilight, would you post the donation link? Not going to give you enough to retire, but I owe you a six pack at the very least for running this so smoothly.

Good luck to all the survivors in the finals. I look forward to finally drafting in SSL1 next year. Hopefully, some of you are as confident as LHUCKS, LOL

Wouldn't be so quick to dismiss yourself since it's McNabb minus Russell's 24, so McNabb needs to put up 30 to knock you out. Still relatively possible though.And Steve (ravnzfan) usually posts a link near the end of the Survivor season for donating to the cause. Especially good this year since Darren's needed to create a lot more on the fly with his old service going away. Thanks Twi :kicksrock:

You called it Duckboy. I didn't even consider that the total included Russell's points (for some reason, I always look at his name and mentally enter a zero).I am amazed to be frank, didn't think I would last past week 1 with Brady's injury. Week 2 almost did it for me looking back.I would suggest putting up the donation link earlier next year as a lot of people stop following the leagues after they drop out.Best of luck to you Duckboy, it is an honor to meet you in the finals.

actually I already have two titles SSL3 in 2006 and something called Captain Hook's QSL in 2005. LOL

I didn't count the QSL, as it was a one shot league that I think was less than 16 drafters. I also didn't include the BDSL from last year since that was a one shot as well. Those stats are for just the MBSL/SSL/WSL/PDSLs

I think Brees is a clear edge for me at QB...but you're right, this will likely come down to how much you outscore me at RB, and how much I can get it back at WR...I was lucky and I mean LUCKY to get 30 out of Chester and Lamont Jordan...that won't happen often. I need bush to be in the mix but it seems he is not doing too well...and you have Pierre Thomas, could get ugly for me if Thomas keeps rolling along.NO at Det could be big points for Brees or Thomas, just depends on what happens. Andre Johnson will have a big say in things for my team...and the emergence of Donnie Avery in St Louis has been enormous. You look at my team and it really isn't anything special...who would believe I would be in the finals with this group of garbage at RB? Steel, seriously I wish you the best of luck, and it's fun that hopefully in week 17 I will be playing for something, most of my other leagues are thru at that point.And Twilight, I want to contribute to the trust fund, you're a Saint for doing this for everyone, easily one of the best parts of this board and I have enjoyed it thoroughly the past 2 seasons I have competed.

WR: Bowe/Edwards/Toomer/Jenkins/Welker v. Clayton/Engram/Hester/Walter/Holmes. I have a little more firepower at the top end but Hook has the numbers. Advantage Bass.

TE: Clark/Shockey v. Daniels/King. Advantage Hook.

K/D: Push

GL the next two weeks Hook. You have me covered on paper, but that's why we play the game.

I was the points leader going into the finals, but my team cooled off when it counted.

Good luck to MoP and Dillo. Dillo might be the team of dynasty this season. Pierre Thomas is looking like "that player" in the playoffs this season. Everyone who has him is crushing in my leagues.

 
Still alive! And happy that I still have two teams left alive. At least this time I got to the finals, time to rock.

Again, thanks to Twilight for all the work he puts into this stuff.

Wow, I just realized that I "typed team of dynasty" instead of "team of destiny." That must be some sort of weird FF-related Freudian slip.
