Eagles killing it, I would imagine they did not give up much. A big "IF" both Swift and Penny can stay relatively healthy, they both should have really good value being used completely different in the backfield.

For swift yes. For the the rich get richer. Easily the favorite in the NFC and it really isn’t close. Obviously things happen but they’re looking STRONG right now.

Seriously. Feels like forever since there was such a heavy favorite in the NFC. They absolutely killed this off-season.

Swift is shaping up to be a great zero RB target; likely won’t cost much and sharing time in a crowded backfield.

Penny’s injury history is even more checkered than Swift’s and Gainwell/Scott are not in the same class talent wise.

Whatever the case, I feel like this is easier -- or at least similar -- competition for Swift than in Detroit, before Gibbs was drafted. Defintely an improvement considering Gibbs.

They just picked up a high 2024 5th for their 6th this year. So basically they got Swift for LESS than a 6th rounder this year.

Swift
2024 5th (likely high)

I'd take a 2024 high 5th over a 2025 low 4th all day. So at WORST those cancel out, and they got swift for their 2023 6th.
