T.O. starting to complain! (1 Viewer)

My apologies, honestly. In cases that allow me, I'll give links when I can (though portions of what I gather don't always afford me such). Most of the time I try to provide links anyway. Beyond that, ya, you'll just have to take my word for it, or not. Of course, you could always buy what ESPN is selling too.
Apology accepted of course. It's not an either/or situation for me --- either believing ESPN or believing Andy Herron. Each one stands or falls on its own merits, and sometimes that varies greatly from article to article or from post to post. If ESPN is making stuff up their ### deserves to be skewered. And the same goes for you or for me. I respect this site above most others. What's written by the site in any official sense I believe to be written with honest intent, with fact and opinion separated enough so that a reader can discern the difference. I'm sure you feel the same about it. When you're calling out ESPN for altering an interview, that's a pretty substantive knock on their credibility. With nothing to back it up, it leaves you open to similar charges of misrepresentation. We all know that in the past ESPN has portrayed things wrongly, and with no backup. I just don't want to see you do that. Thanks for listening.
And thank you.First of all, let me make it clear that I, by no means, intend to imply that I can outperform ESPN on any level. That's crazy. However, I do know that when it comes to the Cowboys in particular I've seen numerous reports over time, mostly from John Clayton-sometimes Ed Werder, that I know for a "fact" that is flat-out wrong. All I can do as a viewer is shake my head and jump on here to forewarn about said reports. I'm not just talking about T.O., it's Cowboy reports in general. Parcells had a nickname for Werder when Bill was here. He called him "the weasel, from ESPN," and for good reason. Always lookin' for trouble. There are too many people here locally that are either calling or emailing me when a Cowboys' story breaks wanting to know what is "really" going on or how much prudence it carries. As I said before, I'm only making an effort to share information.JTM, I liked your analogy with throwing the ball into the street for the dog to chase. Very precise.
