I would think Tampa Bay will be playing from behind most of the game. Will it be Sims or Barber being used as the RB in catch up passing downs? I was hoping Barber would be announced as the starter but this probably wont happen, Barber may be worth a flex spot "IF" he will be used in passing situations.
