Bucs coach Raheem Morris "hopes" WR Mike Williams (knee) can play Sunday after the rookie missed Thursday's practice.

"He's got a sore knee, has been fighting through it for a couple weeks," Morris said. "He's a tough guy, he goes out and he plays, right now it's little bit sore, just got to get him to tomorrow, and see what he can do tomorrow. Get him through Saturday, see what he can do Saturday and hopefully get him in the game." Morris' comments suggest Williams could be a game-time call. If he's active, we wouldn't hesitate to play him as a WR2 in a highly attractive matchup. Dec. 9 - 1:50 pm et

TB has been talking about getting Benn "more involved"-this may be his chance against a porous WASH secondary

As the above quote shows, Raheem is not the most articulate coach out there when it comes to quotes. I "hope" that's his way of saying M. Williams needed a rest day today.

I think he is going to play. IF the guys knee is just sore he probably just needs to not practice. He should be fine for Sunday.

I would guess he plays, especially if it's just soreness he's dealing with. The Bucs need a win this week to help their playoff hopes so I would think anyone who is not seriously injured will play.

PUULLLEEEEEEEEEEEEASE - I have no problem with you posting the quote and discussing his injury, but repeating Rotoworld's inaccurate conclusion in your headline is TERRIBLE. Nothing Morris said "suggested" a GTD that was the way Rotoworld - and YOUR headline are framing the (ongoing) injury

Do you understand what the world possible means?TBM possibly being hobbled or inactive is of importance and needs to be monitored.Sorry you dont think so...

Even if he does play do Benn and Winslow do enough to keep Williams from seeing double coverage? Does the suspension of Albert Haynesworth make TB lean on Blount most of the day? Bad weather also a factor. I would drop him in the rankings right ahead of Bowe and his drop.

Benn with 4/122 already. Mike Williams was actve, doubt many people rolled with Benn but he is making it happen today. 1 yard short of the TD on the last catch.
