I'm wondering folks thoughts on what we should expect from Taylor Mays going forward. His first game was great, but he seems to have gone downhill from there. Recently the 49ers have said they will get Reggie Smith more involved, potentially resulting in less plays for Mays, but Mays is still ranked fairly high in FBG projections. Any input from staff, homers, or fans out there on this? Do we think Mays still is a viable starter, or are the FBG ratings based on data prior to the 9ers annoucement? How do people see him going forward. (obviousley we will learn more today) In general are people thinking he's a DB3, DB4, or emergency WTHFlex?

But Mays has been part of the problem. He had 11 tackles against Atlanta in his first start, but just 15 in the four games since."
