Gabriel seems to be a huge downgrade from Flacco for Fannin. Seems like Gabriel doesn’t rely on his TE’s much.

for now.... yes.

but when switching from Flacco to Gabriel they realized they were taking some short term pain for some long term gain.

they need to develop the young QB. And Flacco likely was the better player but hes old enough that he wont improve over time.... but the young QB on the roster are young and likely will improve over time. At some point they need to take the band aid off and see if these young QB can play.

I am not. MetLife turf plus Njoku being healthy. I'm switching to Theo Johnson in the snow in Chicago. Could be an overthink but late week hamstring scares me.

Debated this past couple of days, it is windy but Fannin runs short routes so the wind should not really affect throws to him

I would expect downfield throws and FG's to be limited if it is that windy
