Please post the latest news here. Please use this as an injury update thread, not a who do I start, or who I am starting thread. Thanks.

Todd Heap has been added to the Ravens' injury report and is listed as questionable for Week 3 with an ankle sprain.

Heap reportedly injured his ankle while stretching at home, prior to Saturday's routine walk-through. It looks like he'll be a game-time decision. Check back on Sunday afternoon for Baltimore's inactives.

Truth be told, I was doing the nasty once, ending up sitting on my knees for an extended time (don't ask)....went to get up afterwards, and my legs were so numb that I fell and injured my ankle.

So, it could happen.

Nuggets like this keep me coming back to the shark pool every week. :)

Ok guys, please keep these "G" rated, and also please keep comments strictly to injury updates here, so we don't have to sort through the BS. Thanks,

RW

Good luck to all this week

Owner with Antonio Gates on bye here! I took a flyer because I'm playing the guy with Todd Heap. Salt in the wound if he doesn't play. Daniel would be a great play versus the Browns weak linebacking corp.

If Heap plays my backup plan is to pick up David Martin. I read a good story in a local paper about him and how Franks isn't a great fit for McCarthy's system. McCarthy went on record to say that the player who fits the mold of the O will see the most reps. That is David Martin. John Clayton reports he will play.

Nothing new being reported.

Except this: Two of the Ravens' team buses reportedly collided Saturday en route to Baltimore-Washington International Airport before the trip to Cleveland.

What's going on out there?

a 4 bus caravan was in transit to the airport....some knucklehead jumped in line between the 2nd and 3rd bus, so bus 3 jams the breaks and gets plowed by the 4thno injuries, TG

The ankle was swollen when Heap joined the Ravens for yesterday's team flight to Cleveland.

It doesn't sound too good seeing he missed a ton of time last season with it. They couldn't report which ankle was injured either.

The players on that third bus, which included quarterback Steve McNair, were "jarred" but not hurt, Byrne said. (Just my luck McNair was on the third bus)

Upgrade Daniel Wilcox?Desperate for a TE due to byes...
nice sleeper, if indeed Heap is OUT...I'll tune in to local radio for the latest from here in town

Quit bumping this damn thread unless you have an injury update. As a Heap owner pending kick-off, I keep checking it to get an update when someone posts. Your eating popcorn contribution isn't an update.

Baltimore Ravens TE Todd Heap (ankle) will be a game-time decision for Week 3 after having his ankle swell up over the weekend. If he is able to play, he likely would not be at 100 percent.

word from the boys was dreaded "game time decision", but speculation was w/weather and heavy dose of run in the game plan, Heap likely wouldn't play....if he did, it would be little, and if they get up the way most think, Wilcox would finishFWIW....I've picked up Wilcox and started him in a couple leagues, with a heavy dose of my guys off week 3 (or Browns vs the Ravens-D :X )

Not that my optiona are better than anyone else but at least I can play the GTD as I have Sheffler and Mili starting a 4pm also. Leaning on Sheffler if Heap is no go, but facing the CLE defence I want Heap in there!
