I really like Jeff's latest article with the odds built in for players. Basically the money line is a percentage chance of the player out performing the other over the course of the season. I could see this being used in season at times when trying to compare match ups. I asked him if it would be alright to fire up a thread with 3 of his selections where we could all vote on it. The goal is typically to get about the same number of votes on each side however I tend to think that might not be the case.

If it's not clear, you have an imaginary $100 to put down on these guys. I'll say PPR leagues across the board.

I find it very surprising that Jamal Charles is a fairly big underdog to Ryan Matthews in a ppr setting.

I don't see any way Maclin outperfoms Jackson so even with the big odds I go with Jackson.

While Rodgers likely outperforms Romo it should be very very close and in that case I'll take the +200.

That's how I voted too. Even though I expect Jackson to beat Maclin, he got so many long TDs last year that I think this could end way closer than people think. I think Romo will challenge for the #1 QB so 2-1 heads up with anyone seems smart. And with San Diego's OL, I think the smart money bets against the rookie.

I think Jackson is likely to beat out Maclin, but the odds are way too long. Same with the other match-ups. They could go either way, so give me the money!

But Mathews favored over Charles? No way, give me +125 on Charles every day of the week!

For those wanting to better understand the odds. The percentages are:

Romo as +200 represents a 33% chance of besting Rodgers with an ADP of almost 2 rounds later

Charles as +125 is a 44% shot to outscore Mathews with an ADP of a few picks later

Maclin as +400 gives him only a 20% chance, but is picked long, long after DJax

Does it change anyone's vote to see the percentages instead of the money line? One other not included by MoP that I think might interest some:

David Garrard +350 vs Matt Ryan - Ryan has an ADP as QB11 while Garrard is QB24
