I thought Volek wasn't even making the trip?
he's having to cut before he hits the hole because people are in the backfield...As a LenDale White dynasty owner, I am growing more and more concerned. Is it me, or is he looking a little Ron Dayne-ish with his stuttering before hitting the line? Anyone else have concerns?
So glad I got rid of that guy. One hit wonder.By the way....your man Gado sure looks good.Green Bay's D not looking so good. Volek & the hurry up offense just burned them. Volek did a Manning and changed the play for a quick 10 yard pass to a wide open Brandon Jones who was then off to the races for an untouched TD.![]()
Better than VS Atlanta week 2?Gado just had a nice little run. Spotted the hole ran into it, took a glancing hit from the side but kept on trucking for decent yardage.Good job by the o'line opening the hole for him. Best I've seen them do so far.
Volek = one series (one pass, TD) and done? VY is back in at QB...Gado continues to look unimpressive to me. The Oline isn't helping much, but Gado is far from being worth anything close to the hype he has received. He still has a lot of improving to do.Right now, Green is the only Packer RB I would consider drafting. And God Bless the doubters for helping his ADP drop and be a huge value in those early drafts.
Yep, and now I believe Mauck played this last series.Edit: He did.Volek = one series (one pass, TD) and done? VY is back in at QB...
nfl.com is your friendRayner has kisked the two PATs. No FGs have been attempted by Green Bay.Hey is Dave Rayner still kicking for GB? Anybody else touching the ball? What's the score, just got here and this thread is crappy for giving hard stats/info.
Nothing important. Green Bay's 1st string O was in and out real quick. Tenn left their starters in a little longer, probably so Collins could get some work with them. They also left their starting D in longer. Green Bay sat a few starting D players. It's mostly 3rd and 4th stringers now.yes yes I know, but what about the buzz, what are the announcers saying? Anything out of the coaches?
Did Lendale start to look better as he got more carries? How was his TD run?he's having to cut before he hits the hole because people are in the backfield...As a LenDale White dynasty owner, I am growing more and more concerned. No, I'm referring to what I've seen of them in this game.Better than VS Atlanta week 2?Gado just had a nice little run. Have to agree with everything you've said here Kleck.Gado continues to look unimpressive to me. Translation....."Was I wrong about Gado"Have to agree with everything you've said here Kleck.Gado continues to look unimpressive to me. Seriously?I'd have Driver and Favre ahead of him for sure. I think both will finish higher (respectively speaking, within their positions) when all is said and done.Right now, Green is the only Packer RB I would consider drafting. And God Bless the doubters for helping his ADP drop and be a huge value in those early drafts.
yes, i'm sure i'll regret not cashing in on those 14 carry / 34 yard games he'll have behind that lineAnd God Bless the doubters for helping his ADP drop and be a huge value in those early drafts.

I think Kleck is referring to Green Bays running game only here.Certainly Driver is a no brainer. Favre will make an excellent #2 QB in leagues that penalize for turnovers and a starter in leagues that don't.Seriously?I'd have Driver and Favre ahead of him for sure. 1. Mix of under center and shotgun. About 1/2 and 1/2.2. The TD to Wade was excellent. The TD (overturned) to Calico was an almost identical pass -- zipped right in there. The best pass IMO was when he was flushed out of the pocket, shrugged of a DE ala McNair, rolled way right and fired/flicked a pass right on the sideline to a hooking back WR. Sweet, sweet pass. For those who watched the game (I wasn't able to; family funeral), how did Young look outside of the Bennett overthrow? THe beat review sings praises, especially for 3rd down efficiency, but his stat line is kind of ho-hum.
I'm not one of those folks expecting him to be great anytime soon, but I am interested in the following info, just because I care:
1. Was he working much from under center? How did he look? Did he do anything other than 7 step drops?
2. We've covered his overtthrow to Bennett; did he have any good throws too?
3. He was likely pressured in the backfield some. His stat line only shows two rushes though. Does anyone recall if he passed out of the pressure, and if so, what was the result?
4. Aside from Vince - how did the Tennessee guards look? That's the offensive weakness, in my view.
Thanks,
Colin
