which is what i think this usually is....They should be mad at themselves for not getting to the CJ owner first.

this is the correct answerThe commish's job is to prevent collusion, not to protect idiots from themselves.I'm really ticked to see that my Commissioner approved a straight up trade of Terrell Owens for Calvin Johnson.
We start 3 receivers and the guy who got Owens does not even have him in his starting line-up this week.
When I went to talk to the Commissioner all he claimed he's been a commissioner for 5 years and knows what he's doing. All he said there wasn't any collusion.
Would any other League Commissioner approve this?
I would not reject this deal, but it would definitely catch my attention.
The commissioner's job is to ensure the integrity of the league. That is - make sure that no one is trading all their good players to someone else in exchange for cash or a share of the superbowl prize money.
I would put this deal under closer scrutiny if the team giving up Megatron was 0-6 or something like that. But with Megatron injured and Owens underperforming, this isn't THAT far off base.
The only appropriate answer.I love the people that say they dont see a problem with the deal. TO isnt worth a bag of balls in my league.
That being said I agree with the majority. Unless collusion can be proved then the trade should not be vetoed.
I very respectfully disagree. The only appropriate answer.I love the people that say they dont see a problem with the deal. TO isnt worth a bag of balls in my league.

Yep.And if I saw a trade like this fly in any dynasty I play in....I am a goner the following season.I think the better question is why WOULDN'T you approve it? Unless this is a dynasty league I don't see the problem.
Too many times I have seen a "bad trade" work out in the favor of the person "getting shafted."I think that if this trade is veto'd, and Owens goes on to be top 15 from here on while CJ ends up needing surgury and missing extended time, that the person who was "getting shafted" by trading CJ away should be compensated with winnings pulled out of the super bowl winner's pot. It's only fair.Darko M said:In response to all the people that say it's not collusion, it's stupidity: STUPIDITY STILL HAS AN IMPACT ON THE REST OF THE LEAGUELast year we kicked a new comer out of the league after a series of bad trades, one of those trades enabled a team to coast to the superbowl.![]()
Communist. Leagues like that are destined to be filled with guppies. Sharks don't play in veto leagues, otherwise half their trades wouldn't get approved.Trades like this are why I will only play in leagues that allow voting on trades. That way, the majority of owners are always happy. Everybody wins!
