As of right now? Zero. He may eventually play NFL football as a WR but he'll never be a star or anything close to it so why bother thinking about him before he even plays a snap. His straight away speed is great but he doesn't have great COD ability.
He's got a lot of talent and will be surrounded by a lot of weapons when he takes over. The potential is huge (look at what Cam Newton is doing) and you can get him for nothing. All he will cost you is a roster spot.

Saw him dropped for Jackie Battle today. 360 players owned. I think he's a watch list guy. Drop him, and add him again if any news pops up or if Campbell gets hurt or if the Raiders lose the next 10 games.

Yeah, I don't think I see the passing ability of Cam Newton with this guy. Had no problem with the Raiders taking this guy, and making a project of him, but becoming the starting QB, then becoming fantasy-relevant seems a long way off. Of course, Campbell is a potential FA after this year, and Newton has shown that occasionally everyone is wrong about how far away a player is, but just because Cam Newton does it, doesn't mean every athletic QB is ready to go.
I think he worth a spot on deep dynasty rosters, but it's more of a lottery ticket. If the Raiders let Campbell go in the offseason (which I doubt) or don't draft a QB high, and it looks like Pryor might get a shot, I would try and sell.

I wouldn't be surprised if they follow the sit for two years model a la Rivers,Palmer,Rodgers,McNair etc. Though with Al Davis and Jason Campbell it may happen sooner. So that would make it 2013 season or mid season next year.
For this year though his value is 0. Which is why is should only be targeted in Dynasty.
If you think Pryor sucks or believe the WR/TE stuff then avoid him.
