Here's what I mean, before when I hit the little "link" button, it would ask for the URL and the description.
Now it just posts the whole URL now http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DawrlSwHUiM
What am I missing here?

to do a link with text, just use the bbcode. use the url tag and wrap your text in it like below, but without the space after the [
