What ever happened to this guy? He was awesome a couple of years ago for the Bucs. He was top in the league in tackles one season, I think.

I think the problem with him was that all those tackles came 5+ yards down the field.

He's on his fifth team in less than 2 years. (Tampa, Ten, Sea, NO, Hou)I don't have much hope for him.

Pretty much this.Ruud was never much of a playmaker, merely a compiler from being on the field a bunch. Those are great for fantasy, but real teams usually want playmakers rolling out there at MLB.

I don't care where he tackles the player, as long as he makes the tackle and get me points.

But actual football coaches do care where he tackles the player. That's probably why he is currently on his 5th team in two years.

If the real coaches won't play him.....he isn't making any tackles or getting you any points.
