Yeah, I looked back at his splits the other day. The guy hasn't hit better than about .215 in any of the last 3-4 Aprils.Its just ugly to watch.

I dropped him about 4 days ago. Looks like I should keep an eye on him and pick him back up in a couple of weeks (small bench in this league means he'll sit on the wire)

Some dude offered me LaRoche for Alou. I was thinking about doing it but now I think I will just keep Alou.

I hate this guy.. plain and simple. Perfect flop candidate after his trade to PIT.

I heard an interview with him in the offseason (on XM), and they asked him how he felt about being traded from Atlanta. He stammered around a bit, and then let loose and said that he was disappointed because he was happy in Atlanta. Then he backtracked a little and started saying the politically correct things about the trade. I think eventually he'll get back on track in PIT, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him underperform for at least the first half of 07, and maybe even the whole year.
