The Audible Roundtable LIVE! - 11/4/10 - 10pm ET (1 Viewer)

In dynasty start 2QB league would you give up Romo, Sjax, Cassell and 3 first round picks for Rodgers, ADP, and Favre? Obviously my team is in the window right now and his isn't, but is that overpaying?

Let's talk Fantasy Football Playoffs.

What are the best strategies for preparing your team for the FF Playoffs? Schedules/Matchups/2 for 1 deals

Also do you try to focus more on week 16 (championship week) or week s 14 and 15 just to get you to the Championship?

In a non PPR, return yards, redraft league I'm concerned with my 2nd RB behind AP. Right now I have Spiller, M Bush, Torain, and Gerhart while I'm loaded at WR with Nicks, Jennings, TO, Williams TB, and B Tate. Start 2 RB, 3 WR, who would you be looking to make a move for and with which WR as bait?

Basically what RBs are you targetting right now in non PPR as good value options for the playoffs with a top 10 or 20 WR as trade bait?

Love the show guys:

I am going to challenge you on the notion that Denver will be looking to make a qb switch anytime soon.

1) Tebow isn't ready this year - it would be a disaster to put him out there

2) We all know what Brady Quinn is

3) Kyle Orton (despite not being the most clutch qb) gives this team its best chance to win game in and game out

Coming out of the bye week we have seen many teams make adjustments and improvements. Denver needs to find some way to score more points - I think the key here is to develop some sort of legit threat in the run game.

Orton can dink and dunk down the field but its just not getting it done. However I don't believe that Brady Quinn or Tim Tebow is the answer.

Discuss.

Brandon Lloyd is leading the NFL in receiving yards by a good margin. How "for real" is he for this season and as a dynasty prospect.

Troy Smith. Cecil just wanted to say thanks for the heads up on him, you've been tooting his horn for a while and deserve some credit on that.

Which of these guys that are most likely free agents or can be had cheap, present the most likely to have value down the key stretch and playoffs because of situation or potential injuries?

-Tashard Choice

-Larod-Stephen "Hyphen" Howlings

-Javarris James

-Deji Karim

-Jason Snelling

-Kevin Smith

-Keiland Williams

Any others you can think of?

Thanks fellas

Little deep IDP action here, for you:

Do you think that Deon Grant is a worthy bye week candidate at DB for a couple of weeks at least? Do the giants keep up that "Daffy Duck Nickel" formation thing they've been rolling out that last few games with Grant in there as the 2nd 'backer?

Seems like he's been producing pretty well whenever teams run out the 3/4 WR sets against NY. Two of their next three opponents tend to run a lot multi-WR looks. Now that Bulluck is playing again though, do you foresee it continuing at all? Maybe another week or two, while Bulluck rounds back into shape?

1. Playoffs Strategy

I am standing on TOP of my league and wanted to know how do you prepare your lineup for the playoffs run (W14-W16).

a. How do you handle your bench?

b. How do you analize mathups?

c. What about starters? Always start your studs or take point b in consideration

d. Any other input is greatly appreciated

2. Best “BENCH” players to keep for the playoff run, choose one per position

a. RB: Marshwan Lynch / Ronnie Brown / DeAngelo Williams / Shoon Greene

b. WR: Hines Ward / Steve Smith (CAR) / Vincent Jackson

c. TE: Kellen Winslow / Owen Daniels

d. QB: David Garard / Donovan McNabb / Vince Young

Hello Audible,

With trade deadlines approaching in many leagues I would be interested in hearing about some good dynasty buy low players that the Audible recommends. Specifically guys who have not had a very good 2010 that are a decent bet to have discouraged their owners at this point, but still represent good long term potential.

Regards,

THE FANTASY KING

One Word: AJIROTUTU

With a whole slew of players off this week, and my Randy Moss now taking the week off too, considering going with Seyi Ajirotutu v the Texans over my other option of Devin Hester. I haven't seen anyone really talking about him, little to no Forum discussion about him, and was just curious if you knew anything about him, where he came from, and what kind of a player he is. Anyone you could or would compare him to? Thanks for any info. I plan on yelling AJIROTUTU as loud as I can when he scores on Sunday afternoon.

NFL-Can Titans win the Supe now? make noise in playoffs etc?

Thoughts on Chargers chances after a poor start?

Thoughts on Barden playing in Gmen red zone offense?

Schwartz coach of the year? Please explain how putting together a great DL has turned them into one of the highest scoring teams.

Has Cecil been asked to guest star on The League yet?

One more-

how many HOFers do you think Childress had last week on his roster? If he can't win with them, should he be an NFL coach? or does that say it all?

Q: Is the Giants D against Charlie STINKIN Whitehurst's first live fire NFL action start the D/ST play of the YEAR?

Thank you Matt Waldman for your walk on the wild side!!!! You said what many Vikings fan would love to say to Childress' face. This is a team that has won it's division the last 2 years in spite of Childress, not because of him.

+1. Way to go Waldman!

My pleasure. While I'm glad the Titans got Moss. I'm severely disappointed as a football fan not to see Brett Favre, Randy Moss, and Adrian Peterson perform in what should have been a dream team situation.
