Tim I never said I believe any of this. In fact I said that Obama birth certificate was not important. My question was how do you know what is real and not real on video. Here's the scary part: sure it's fun to mock Master of Orion. Read what he wrote here, and it's easy to laugh and say, how could anyone actually believe this crap?
And yet- millions of Americans do. Nearly 40% of all Republicans. A majority of conservatives in Alabama! In Mississippi! In Louisiana! And probably a whole bunch of other states which haven't been polled. They really do believe this stuff.
An ounce of common sense? My question was how do you know what is real and not real on video.

Why bother forging his selective service registration?

wow, you want too attack a whole channel over one "anchor?"So this woman is a News anchor (NOT an opinion talk show host) and conservatives wonder why FOX news gets attacked? Wonder no more.
Actually I don't want to. Most of the attacks against Fox are undeserved- they are based on mistakes rather than deliberate actions, just as what NBC did editing that tape was a mistake rather than a deliberate action. So no I don't want to attack them. But if you wonder why many people do, its for reasons like these. What this woman did was not a mistake, it was a deliberate action.wow, you want too attack a whole channel over one "anchor?"So this woman is a News anchor (NOT an opinion talk show host) and conservatives wonder why FOX news gets attacked? Why in the hell is she still on the air??So this woman is a News anchor (NOT an opinion talk show host) and conservatives wonder why FOX news gets attacked? Wonder no more.
Without looking, I'm going to guess that she's blond and hot.Why in the hell is she still on the air??So this woman is a News anchor (NOT an opinion talk show host) and conservatives wonder why FOX news gets attacked? Wonder no more.
crazy eyes but otherwise looks pretty good.Without looking, I'm going to guess that she's blond and hot.Why in the hell is she still on the air??So this woman is a News anchor (NOT an opinion talk show host) and conservatives wonder why FOX news gets attacked? Wonder no more.

FOX News anchor Heather Childers wants to know whether her Twitter followers think President Barack Obama threatened to kill Chelsea Clinton in order to cover up his illegitimate birth certificate.
Childers, who co-hosts Fox & Friends First and America's News Headquarters, tweeted this afternoon: "Thoughts? Did Obama Campaign Threaten Chelsea Clinton's Life 2 Keep Parents Silent?" The tweet links to a post from the fringe right-wing conspiracy blog Godfather Politics.
The post claims that Obama's 2008 campaign threatened people to keep the candidate's birth records a secret, and suggests that Obama associates were involved in the murder of Arkansas Democratic Party chair Bill Gwatney, and told President Bill Clinton "that his daughter Chelsea would be next if he opened his mouth."
From that point on, the Clinton's [sic] remained silent about Obama's birth certificate or lack thereof," the post said.
The tweet sparked quite a bit of Internet outrage toward Childers, but the Fox anchor kept her cool, encouraging fellowers to "participate" in the debate but refrain from namecalling. "Conversation is good," she tweeted several times.

This story is totally ludicrous.Clinton murdered way more people, with much higher profiles, than Bill Gwatney. This threat isn't what stopped him from pursuing the truth of Obama's birth. It is the gift that keeps on giving!

On August 13, 2008, Gwatney was fatally wounded[6] when a man, identified in news reports as Timothy Dale Johnson, 50,[7][8] entered Democratic Party headquarters in Little Rock, Arkansas and shot Gwatney three times.[9] Gwatney was taken to a hospital, but died at 3:59 pm CDT.[6]The gunman had said he wanted to speak with Gwatney about volunteering, but sidestepped his assistant when she said he was busy.[10] After the shooting, the gunman fled the scene in his truck and led police on a 30-mile (48 km) chase out of Little Rock.[10] Johnson was fatally shot by police after a PIT maneuver forced him off the road into a field near Sheridan.[9][11] No motive was discovered, except Johnson quitting his Target job earlier that day.[1][2]
This particular comment has been made by one anchor. Do you think there is a significant difference in 10 different anchors saying 10 different "dumb" things vs the 10 anchors saying the same "dumb" thing when evaluating the credibility of the station?wow, you want too attack a whole channel over one "anchor?"So this woman is a News anchor (NOT an opinion talk show host) and conservatives wonder why FOX news gets attacked? Definitely something that should be investigated. It is the gift that keeps on giving!

Arizona Goes Birther: Secretary Of State Says It’s ‘Possible’ Obama Won’t Be On BallotThe man in charge of running Arizona’s elections has gone to the birthers. Secretary of State Ken Bennett now says he’s not convinced Barack Obama was really born in the United States and so he is threatening to keep the president off the ballot in November.Bennett’s comments came in an interview late Thursday with conservative radio talk show host Mike Broomhead on Phoenix station KFYI.Bennett said he was following the lead of the state’s eccentric Sheriff Joe Arpaio, a fellow Republican who ordered an investigation into the president’s birth certificate last year and concluded the document released by the White House is a forgery. Bennett said he is now trying to get verification from state officials in Hawaii that the certificate is authentic. In doing so, Bennett caved to a fringe group of activists and writers who believe in a conspiracy theory that just never seems to die no matter how much proof they get. Hawaiian officials have said time and again that Obama was born there in 1961, yet the theory persists.Bennett, the state’s No. 2 elected official just below Gov. Jan Brewer ®, said his investigation isn’t personal. He said the reason he started looking into it is because he got more than 1,200 emails asking him to do so after Arpaio’s investigation came out.“I’m not a birther. I believe the president was born in Hawaii — or at least I hope he was,” Bennett said on the show. “But my responsibility as secretary of state is to make sure the ballots in Arizona are correct and that those people whose names are on the ballot have met the qualifications for the office they are seeking.”Bennett’s newfound birtherism also breaks with Brewer, who led the secretary of state’s office in 2008 when Obama last appeared on the Arizona ballot. Brewer said last year that despite her disagreements with Obama, she is fully convinced the president is eligible for office and believes the birth certificate issue is a “huge distraction.”“It’s just something I believe is leading our country down a path of destruction and it just is not serving any good purpose,” she told CNN’s John King.Meanwhile, Bennett is hoping to take Brewer’s job when she becomes term limited in two years. The Arizona Capitol Times reported (paywall) earlier this week that he is already collecting signatures to get on the 2014 ballot for governor. On Thursday, Bennett said he sent his request to Hawaii officials eight weeks ago but has yet to get the proof he was hoping for. He said he didn’t want another copy of the birth certificate. He wants Hawaii to give him what he described as “a verification in lieu of a certified copy of a birth certificate.”In the weeks since then, Bennett said, Hawaii officials have forced him to provide proof that he is who he says he is. They asked him to send them copies of the Arizona laws that prove the secretary of state really is the person in charge of handling the ballots. Admittedly, Bennett said they told him they were “tired of all the requests.” But he is continuing anyway.Broomhead, the radio host, pressed Bennett on what he would do if he didn’t get the right response back from Hawaii.“If they won’t comply, if they refuse to comply with this, will you remove the president from the ballot?” Broomhead asked. “Will you exclude him from the ballot?”“That’s possible,” Bennett said. “Or the other option would be I would ask all of candidates, including the president, maybe to submit a certified copy of their birth certificate. But I don’t want to do that.”
I’m not a birther. I believe the president was born in Hawaii — or at least I hope he was.

Or Gary Johnson's? Or Roseanne? Why isn't Bennett requesting a verification of Romney and Ron Paul's birth ceritificate?

It always cracks me up how few actual self-admitted birthers there are. I don't think there's a single one in this forum. It's always, "Personally, I think he was born here, but I can understand there is a real question...etc."I'm not a birther. I believe the president was born in Hawaii — or at least I hope he was.![]()
