The Flash - new show on CW (1 Viewer)

True.  Supergirl didn't really fit into the CBS style of shows.  CW is a better fit.

But again, another season finale and another reset button clicked by Barry.  I didn't see a ripple effect in the season finale of Arrow, but maybe this happened after that show aired?
They ended Arrow without any cliffhangers, so it could easily start up next season in the middle of a new timeline. The heroes from LoT could go off with Hourman and be outside the timeline when it shifts, and so not affecting them.

Not sure what they would do with Supergirl, though. That did end with a cliffhanger and looked to be heading in certain directions. I assume they wouldn't want to just throw that all away.

If Barry was broken by Zoom, why didn't he take the chance to kill him?  Zoom is even taunting him and Barry just keeps with the 'I'm not going to get my hands dirty so I bet on wraiths coming for you' plan.  Seems he was clear headed enough to beat Zoom without doing it in a selfish way only to after the win change time for a selfish reason?

And the fight scene sucked, it was worse than the Arrow-Ra's season ending fight that was too short and easy.

So far, The Flash TV series has done a great job of keeping the "pages turning". All three Flashes (sort of) will have been accounted for by early Season 3. There are still many big bads and crossover opportunities left to explore. If the network, producers, writers, etc. play it right, this could run quite a while longer.

There's always Barry's grandson, Bart Allen, who was the Flash for a while after serving time as both Impulse and then the second Kid Flash.

I mean, this is comic books for you. They hit the reset button and re-hash the same stories with different twists.

This is at least following one of the more interesting Flash storylines, in "Flashpoint", which is the title of the first episode of season 3.

I'm hoping for Thomas Wayne, but I think that maybe hoping for too much...

As fun as the show and characters are, it's maddening how moronic these heroes act.  Seriously,  I think HR is the smartest of the bunch.

Ok, so I saw the switching of HR for Iris. I just couldn't think of how they did it unless he switched before she went to Earth 2.

Instead, they have HR going to Savitar's hideout by himself and freeing Iris.  And while waiting for Killer Frost to come get them, they swap.  Which didn't make any sense, because why send Killer Frost to get Iris back when Savitar could've gotten her himself before she even got out of sight.  Convenient lapse of judgement.

Really good season but I am getting sick of speedsters who have god-like powers except for our hero Barry who can hardly handle Sharkman.

My idea for next season: Iris finds out she's pregnant just before Barry shows back up at STAR Labs. The twist is, this may look like Barry Allen, but it's not. It's Bart Allen, Barry and Iris' grandson, come from the future! And as Wally takes up the mantle of the Flash, Bart joins him as Impulse.

Just finished season three - this is just an excellent TV show. Better than Arrow.

Very few clunker episodes and because it's a superhero show you don't even mind the deus ex machina plot solutions.

Cisco rules.

Agreed, but rule #1 is to suspend disbelief (I mean it is a show about super heroes) and just enjoy it.

Cisco, his gal pal from the other earth, and even Julian have been great.  Killer frost is decent.  I loved iris at first but she's not in the top tier of this show.

This show has been on a downward trajectory since season 1, which was great. The non-stop stupidity and melancholy is getting real old.

Good grief I know this is just a silly CW show, but I just saw the worst TV lawyering in the history of TV lawyering in S4 E10 of this show.  The worst part is that she's supposed to be some hot shot lawyer, and her defense of her client bordered on gross misconduct.
