I find them to be essential.   

I've been told that practitioners of mental gymnastics generally do find those gymnastics to be essential, otherwise confusion reigns supreme. It's a coping mechanism.

Jared wasn't "just a son in law".  He was appointed an official advisor to the president and tagged with some pretty big responsibilities - Israel/Palastine and COVID response for example.

"Just a son in law"?  Kushner was a senior advisor in the Trump WH, and will be again in 2024 if Trump wins.

While a POTUS hiring his children and their spouse to work for the administration is unusual, there is nothing that says they can't earn money while they're doing it.   It does seem like a lot of money but unless someone has evidence of wrongdoing I don't think the federal government should be wasting time on investigations.

Without the political power of her dad being President, I’m sure they’re finding out that being connected to her dad is bad for their brand on a global level.
