Like I said above, even if it was a penalty it would be 10 yards and re-play the down.  Why wouldn't you take that over a blocked punt and turning it over in your own redzone?

Just like these WR reverses where they run out of bounds for a 15 yard loss instead of throwing it out of bounds and getting illegal man downfield (5 yards and replay the down).
