Fisher openly saying he covets the Chicago bears job...then don't come here to Miami for goodness sake. See if you can get Lovie fired and then interview for the position. Miami needs to stay away from the big names and get someone else. In fact I wish they would leave Bowles in at this point. Team went 2-1 under him and 6-3 down the stretch.

find the next Tomlin, Harbaugh, etc. No Super Bowl-winning coach has led a second team to title. Does Ross even know this info?

An old owner getting advice from an old consultant with old connections. I fear we are destined to get a coach that was a perfect fit for the 1980s NFL. I'd be happier getting any guy under 45 that makes me ask "who is that" than any of the past era re-treads being thrown around.

What would PhinPhans think of McCoy?

I personally don't think he's shown enough to warrant HC at this stage. Never even had an offense better than 19th as a coordinator. Heck, he really was only a coordinator this year; last couple of years he was the OC in title, but we all know McD ran the show.
