It's a tough call, crazy maybe, but for guys in deeper leagues starting both Young and Henry may be the best option.

14 team league starting 2RBs and 1 flex (RB/WR) no ppr

I'm starting Young and Henry over Calvin Johnson, Adrian Peterson (CHI) and a dinged up Boldin

Who else is putting their superbowl dreams in the hands of both Denver RBs???

The only team I'd consider starting 2 RBs for right now is Minnesota.

I have both also, and there is no way I would start both. I'm going with Young, I cant take the risk of Henry only getting 8 carries for 30 yards and no TD's. Henry isnt 100%, Young is on a roll as of late, and he is returning back to Texas......to me thats a lock on Young.

I have Henry and Young and I am leaving Henry on the Bench and playing Grant and Young. You would really have to have some weak options at RB to consider playing both.

I would have to be stacked at every other position to play them both, or so depleted that it was my only hope.

This question is basically for guys in deeper leagues who would start Henry as a 3rd RB at flex over another RB or unreliable WR. I didn't mean to imply that anyone would be playing both Young and Henry and sit guys like Westy, Grant , etcFor me, it's either Henry or Adrian Peterson (CHI) or Calvin Johnson
