FP also on Tuesday and no injury designation. So ESPN forced me to activate him before I could make any waiver claims
Good for next week @ ARI. JAX is scoring, so is ARI. Then @TEN, vs IND, NYJ. A good schedule, a chance for a long FG.
He was 27-29 in 2024, 16-20 in 2025, 6 of his last 6 including from 52 & 68 yard!

Thoughts on Jake Bates. He's a nightmare to roster with Campbell's maniacal nature. DET schedule is really good the rest of the way but man I hate the roller coaster. Meyers is somehow available as is Boswell. Magic Football is stressful enough.

Any concerns with Stroud still out? First week back from a quad injury is also a concern.

That's usually me. I have spent waaaaay to much time on fantasy kickers in my life. This year my one kicker league I got Dicker in week 2. Set and forget. Have spent zero time on kickers. It's been life changing.
Lol. I drop my kicker every week in order to open up an extra spot for waivers.
There always seems to be a top 5 kicker available come Sat/Sun per FBGs rankings.

Gay was released because he missed too many kicks.
Funny Pinero replaced Moody who was cut and 49ers replaced Pinero with Gay who was cut for Moody.
At this point Aubrey is not it this year. He has only one game since week 2 with over 10 points. He keeps getting game scripted out as he has today where he will likely end with 3 or less. Random kickers on the waiver wire have been better than him post week 2. They get behind and have to go for it all the time
After being thrilled I got him after his manager dropped him on his bye, I just switched him for Fairbairn.
Would you go Aubrey or just move to the rams kicker mevis or mervis or whatever?

Both are clearly very good options, but I'm amazed at how low Fairbairn regularly seems to be ranked in various FF weekly kicker projections - for instance on this website this week he isn't ranked in the top 20 under either of my leagues's scoring systems yet he's comfortably the top scoring kicker on a points-per-game basis in both (having missed 2 games).
He's a high-quality kicker, having a good season, playing under mostly favourable conditions, for a team that has a terrific defense, his team finds themselves in a lot of FG-kicking positions and usually takes them, including beyond 50 yards.

Fairbarn (Hou) - dropped when he went on IR, he's back...best schedule @IND, @KC (bad), ARI, LV, @LAC
Dicker (LAC) - dropped for bye - not a great schedule, but it's Dicker - LV, PHI, @KC (bad), @DAL, Hou (bad)
Moody (Wash) - 3rd team this year, but has decent record - Wash has good schedule except Wk13 (Den) - then @MIN, @NYG, PHI, DAL - Washington also might have weather issues.

Then they wound up promoting former Gaelic kicker Charlie Smyth from the practice squad.
There's a good clip on X showing some guys in a bar in Ireland where there was a promotion for a free round if he kicked a FG.
Looks like the kid has some leg.

The Saints’ new kicker Charlie Smyth looked really good, right down to the magnificent onsides kick, which looked like a cross field soccer pass to the WR. Deep leg too, which has been rumored since he showed up. I don’t understand the attraction of Grupe in retrospect.
