The Poll of All Polls (1 Viewer)

Who will lead you to FF greatness this season?

I can't pick. I think both will be integral to many championship teams. Finley is playing great, and Vick is playing incredible. Not to mention I drafted Finley and picked up Vick (KK owner) so I have them both...when i win it all I won't be able to tell you who made it happen!

Kidding aside, Vick is the choice IMO. He's going to be a top QB, and so here's what happens:

1. Guys who are strong everywhere else but waited on QB now have a top 5 (IMO) guy.

2. People with a top QB already picked him up and traded to one of the teams in #1...so now they have an extra strong RB or WR.

If you had added Jahvid Best, this really would have been the One Poll to Rule Them All.

Edit: more seriously, the vote remains "Jermichael Finley" until Michael Vick plays someone who wasn't one of the two worst passing defenses in the entire NFL last season.

I think that over the whole season the answer will be Finley....BUT if Vick is the starter all year in Philly he would have a giant edge for FF players because you didn't have to use a very early pick to get him like you did Finley......he was a late round or reserve pick or more likely a free agent pickup.

The pole is flawed. Where's Collie?
 - but for another reason. Honestly it depends on your scoring system. Seriously, if QBs get more points for "out of position yards" or "all TDs are 6" - then Vick is a great answer. But if it's PPR or some TE-weighted variation thereof, Finley would have to get the nod. And all thoss making a deal about Finley's lack of TDs...if you start him, they will come. Or, more honestly, not too many guys put up multiple 100+ yard receiving games without TDs - they will start popping. Book it, Davido.

Definitely Vick. Most sharks had Findley as a top three tight end, which was nice since I was able to get Gates a pick after him. Vick, on the other hand, fell from the sky and has been an utter surprise and cash register waiver pick up. I agree that scoring systems come into play when evaluating, but in my league, big points come from the ground (1 point per 10 yards, as well as bonuses at 50 and 100). Thanks Clay Matthews!!
